Boros Blount was a knight in service to House Baratheon and, later, House Lannister in the HBO series Game of Thrones. He was a member of the Kingsguard under Robert Baratheon and remained in the position following Robert's death.

Blount was known for his unquestioning loyalty, though often considered cowardly and lacking in strategic thinking. He was easily manipulated by those in positions of power, particularly Cersei Lannister, often carrying out her orders without question.

During Joffrey Baratheon's reign, Blount followed Cersei's instructions to harm Sansa Stark, reflecting his lack of moral compass. He was eventually dismissed from the Kingsguard by Tyrion Lannister for striking Sansa on Joffrey's orders. His removal was a consequence of Tyrion trying to limit Joffrey's cruelty.

Following his dismissal, Blount disappeared from the narrative and did not play a further significant role in the series.
